This includes a full dine-in restaurant, two breakfast/lunch counters, a full-service catering business and a growing real estate portfolio in North Fort Worth.  

Chef Nehme and his wife, Christina have worked hard to succeed and along the way have employed and inspired hundreds of employees.  

Nehme treats his employees like family. He makes sure they have good transportation, childcare, a decent place to stay, food for their families.
