Veronica Sauto was born in Mexico City, earned her degree in marketing with a minor in psychology. She also has her Masters in recreation and an MBA at the University of Phoenix. 

She has 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, event planning, community outreach, education and business development.

Today she is the CEO of Saltus Training Group. The company she started in 2013, empowers Hispanic entrepreneurs on how to start up and their businesses in the US. They also produce corporate training and video tools for educational purposes for a bilingual work force.

In seven years, Saltus has helped more than 2000 entrepreneurs who are minorities and women.
