With their scholarship program, they work to provide financial assistance to immigrants who plan on attending Rutgers University. Sharemoney supports the vision of foreign immigrants moving to the US to build better lives for themselves and their families. The work and educational opportunities in this country are often not available in other parts of the world and we understand the effort required to realize these dreams.
For that reason Sharemoney is proud to offer a $1,000 scholarship for students embarking on this journey.
Eligibility Requirements
Enrollment:
The Sharemoney Immigrant Support Scholarship is open to first and second generation immigrants enrolled or in the process of enrolling in an undergraduate degree program at Rutgers University. Enrollment must occur by September 1, 2020.
Application:
Each applicant must submit basic profile information including name, address, academic history, resume, and university or institute of attendance as of September 1, 2020. Semi-finalists will be required to submit an essay of 1,000 words or fewer on the following:

What dream was your family pursuing by emigrating to the United States and how does your education contribute to this?
